Care, delivery and contact

Day to day. Take it off to swim, shower or exercise, and put perfume on before you put it on. Gold vermeil is a real layer of 18k gold over silver, and it lasts longest when it stays dry.

Cleaning. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth. No polish, no dips, no toothpaste: they wear the gold away and can soften the engraving.

Storing. Keep it in its cotton pouch, away from other jewellery, so the face does not scratch.

For life. When it starts to look tired, send it back and we re-polish and re-plate it for free. The engraving stays exactly as it was.

When. We engrave the next working day after you approve your proof, then send it tracked. Most pieces arrive within a few days.

Returns. Each piece is made for one person, so we cannot take it back for a change of mind. If anything is wrong, or the engraving is not what you approved, we remake it.

Gifts. Tick "This is a gift" in your bag and there are no prices in the box. Add a note at checkout and we write it on a card.

Pendants. 16 mm suits one print or a short word. 20 mm gives two prints, a drawing or a longer line of handwriting more room.

Bobble chain. Fine chain with small beads, adjustable from 42 to 48 cm.

Fine chain. A slim cable chain, 45 cm with a 5 cm extender.
