How it works

No ink kit in the post. At launch, our capture tool runs in your phone's browser and checks every line before you send anything.

Capture itOpen the capture tool on your phone, or photograph a print, a note or a drawing you already have. It guides it into place and checks the lines are sharp enough to engrave.

Approve itSee it on your pendant, in your metal, before anything is engraved.

How do I capture a good fingerprint?

At launch, you open the capture tool on your phone and follow the guide. It checks the ridges are clear before you continue, and you can retake as often as you like. The photos never leave your phone.

Can I use a print, note or drawing I already have?

Yes. A photo of an ink print, a hospital card, a letter or a drawing is enough. We trace it by hand and send you a preview to approve before anything is engraved.

How long will it take?

We engrave within 2 to 3 working days of your approval, then send it tracked with InPost, so most pieces arrive within a week.
