How we handle your data

linie is run by EVOQ Sp. z o.o., ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 55/1, 60-521 Poznań, Poland, entered in the National Court Register under KRS 0000770513, NIP 7792503067. We are the controller of your personal data.

What we keep. Your email address, the piece and options you were looking at, your language, the time you joined and a record of your consent.

Why. To tell you when linie opens and send your first-order code. We also count which pieces people join for, so we know what to make first. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Legal basis. Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before.

How long. Until you unsubscribe, or at most 12 months after we open if you never order. Then we delete it.

We do not use advertising cookies, and this site sets no cookies at all. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which stores no cookies and no identifiers in your browser and does not identify you. Fonts and images are served from our own site.

Our hosting provider keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

Vercel hosts the website. Upstash stores the early list, in Frankfurt. Brevo sends our emails, from the EU. Each works only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement.

Where a provider is based outside the EU, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to us and we reply within a month.

You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
